The purpose of this course is to help students advance in their own leadership journey. Through textbooks, lectures, case studies, independent study and certification, student teaching, team projects, and research, students will develop and enhance core leadership traits and competencies. This course will illuminate the paths that others have taken in the past and to provide a spark for the students’ own leadership development. We will also explore new ways of leading in today’s younger generation.
